A refundable deposit of RM100 is required to protect against incidental charges and damages to the hotel rooms.
All payments are non-refundable once checked-in.
Cancellation for early check-outs must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled check-out time.
Refunds for early check-outs are subject to a 50% of one-night room rate and only applicable for more than 2 days length of stay.
Check out time is 12:00 noon.
